Form for exchange, returns, cleaning and repairs

A.P. Shaps offert complementary re-sizing, cleaning, polishing, repairs and yearly check-up. If you don’t have the possibility to visit our boutique, we can arrange a complementary pick-up and drop-of at a location that suits you. For orders made online, we have a 90 day exchange and return policy for unworn pieces.

Once we have received your request, we will prepare a FedEx-label for you. You will be able to book your pickup with FedEx at a time that is convenient for you and we will let you know as soon as we have received your item at the A.P. Shaps atelier.
