The 4C:s
Each diamond is unique, with specific characteristics that dictate the value of the stone. To obtain a diamond’s value, we use various value factors, also known as the “4 Cs” – Carat Weight, Clarity, Color and Cut.
Diamond Shapes
Diamonds can be cut in practically any shape. Diamonds are typically separated into two categories: Round Brilliant Cut and Fancy Shapes. Fancy Shapes feature all cuts that are not Round Brilliant. The size and shape of the rough diamond determine the final shape.
Different Metals
The choice of metal is a very personal choice. Metal colors suit people in different ways and sometimes the option may even be traditional over fashionable. All A.P. Shaps jewelry pieces are made with metals that are well accepted for jewelry production. However, it is important to remember that all metals will eventually get scratches and markings. The amount of wear and tear a jewelry piece succumbs to depends on the wearer.

The most common way to measure ring sizes in Sweden is by using the European scale.
