In the event of a return or change of goods, the customer must notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days from the time the item was collected. This notification process is necessary so that returns can be approved, money refunded or that the original item can be exchanged for a new one/returned to A.P. Shaps.
The return must be made in the same box in which the product was delivered in and in its original condition with all its accessories and sent with FedEx, traceable, and fully insured. A.P. Shaps is responsible for shipping costs when returning and changing goods. The return must be made with FedEx, and A.P. Shaps must book the pick-up of the item(s) to be collected from the same address to which the item(s) was sent.
The product should be unused. If the item has been modified, serviced, or had any stone replaced by a stone other than a stone from A.P. Shaps, the item will not be considered original and not accepted as a valid right of withdrawal.
The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the goods and A.P. Shaps has approved the return. Before the goods are returned or exchanged for other goods, they will be inspected for any damage, use, or impact. All diamonds will undergo a special thorough inspection in our laboratory to verify that the same diamonds have been returned and no damage has been done. If any of these circumstances occur, we will not accept the return and the money will not be refunded.
